The Greece Golden Visa which was launched in 2013, is one of the most affordable, popular and competitive investment visa programs in the EU.
The duration of this type of Residence Permit is 5 years and it can be renewed indefinitely (for a 5-year period each time), provided that property investment is retained. The investor will still have the right to renew the permit even if will stay outside Greece without any visits.

Investment Options
Several alternative investment options allow eligibility for the Golden Visa scheme. These include investments in real estate, shares in venture capital funds, and government bonds investment.
Investment Option 1
Purchase a real estate property in Greece worth at least €250,000 to €500,000 in specific regions.
Investment Option 2
Sign a lease agreement with a hotel or tourist establishment for at least 10 years

Make a capital investment of at least €400,000 in a company registered in Greece
Investment Option 4
Make a €400,000 investment in Greek government bonds.
