What we expect?
Affiliation procedure requires that you will submit the following:
1. A certified copy of a resolution adopted by the organization authorizing affiliation;
2. A copy of any constitution, by‐laws or articles of procedure of the organization;
3. A corporate brochure or a website link, which describes (a) its organizational history; (b) the size of its membership;
4. Name and contact details of the responsible person for the completion of the affiliate program
