For Cyprus company formation, you must provide us with up to three alternative business names. Please note that these must be unique names, not identical to names recorded in the Registrar of Cyprus companies. Secondly, you must determine the main activities of the company.
Furthermore, you will have to complete KYC forms, which will be sent to you by us. Finally, you will have to provide verified copies of: ID page of the passports of shareholders and directors, proof of residency (utility bill/ internal passport/ bank statements) and brief CV of each of the beneficial owners, directors and officers.
After we collect all the above mentioned information, we will submit the company name, Memorandum and Articles of Association and HE1, HE2 and HE3 forms to the Registrar of Cyprus Companies.
Upon the examination of the above mentioned documentation, the Registrar of Companies will provide us with the incorporation of the company.
Your company will be given a Unique Registration Number and the below mentioned certificates: Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Directors and Secretary, Certificate of Shareholders, Certificate of Registered Office and Memorandum and Articles of Association. A client, who incorporates a Cyprus company with our firm, will receive a company folder, which will contain all the above mentioned certificates.
