Deregistration of companies due to non-payment of the Annual Levy

Please note that the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, has announced its intention to deregister companies in case of non-payment of the Annual Levy for any year for the period 2012-2021. The companies at subject will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic and after three months from the date of publication, the companies will be deleted from the register.
