Vasiliou Law, had the pleasure of attending the first TRALIM3 (Training of lawyers on EU Immigration and Asylum Law 3) seminar which took place in Nicosia, Cyprus on the 20th of February 2023. Interesting discussions on EU immigration and asylum law with experts and audience from 7 different EU Member States (Cyprus, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Spain and Poland).
TRALIM 3 is the successor of the successful TRALIM 1 and TRALIM 2 projects, where ELF and its partners already trained 1.876 lawyers from different Member States on EU asylum and immigration law. Both projects also demonstrated that the training needs of lawyers in this area are broad, diverse and ever-evolving.
The seminar was organized in collaboration with the Cyprus Bar Association, the European Lawyers Foundation, the Bar Associations of Paris, the Bar Association of Athens, the National Council of Polish Bar Associations, the National Council of Bar Associations of Italy and the Bar Association of Ireland.
